Sign in, see your shifts, get them on your phone.
Roster shows you what days and hours you are scheduled to work, and lets you sync those shifts to your phone calendar.
Contents
1. Creating your account
You only do this once.
- Go to https://roster.astromedia.cl.
- Click Create account (top right).
- Fill in Full Name, Email, and a Password you will remember.
- Enter the Registration code:
BODERO2026. - Click Create account. You are now signed in.
The first time you sign in, you will be asked to pick your store from a list. Choose the one you actually work at — once you confirm, only a manager can change it. After picking, your schedule starts showing up immediately if your shifts are already in the system.
2. Signing in (after the first time)
- Go to https://roster.astromedia.cl.
- Click Sign in.
- Type your email and password. Click Sign In.
3. Reading your schedule
Once you sign in, the main page shows a calendar grid with your shifts.
- The Store dropdown at the top filters which store's schedule you are looking at. If you work in only one store, leave it as is.
- Start Date jumps to a specific week. By default it shows the current week.
- Toggle Week / 14 Days on the top right of the grid to see one or two weeks at a time.
- Each coloured cell is a shift. Hover (desktop) or tap (mobile) to see start and end times.
4. Adding shifts to your phone calendar
This is the easiest way to never miss a shift. You only set it up once.
- Open the sidebar (top-left hamburger button).
- Under Share, click Sync Calendar. You will see a personal calendar URL — copy it.
- On your phone:
- iPhone → Settings → Calendar → Accounts → Add Account → Other → Add Subscribed Calendar → paste the URL.
- Android (Google Calendar) → on a computer, go to calendar.google.com → on the left under Other calendars, click + → From URL → paste the URL. It syncs to your phone within a few hours.
- New shifts show up automatically the next time your calendar refreshes (usually within a few hours).
The URL is personal to you. Anyone who has it can see your schedule, so do not share it.
5. Downloading a printable copy
- Pick the week or fortnight you want to print using the top toolbar.
- Open the sidebar → under Share, click Download PDF.
- The PDF downloads to your phone or computer.
6. Changing your password
If your manager created your account for you, you started with the default password password. Change it the first time you sign in.
- Click your name in the top-right header.
- Pick Change password.
- Type the old password, then the new one twice. Save.
7. If something looks wrong
My shifts are missing or wrong
Tell your manager — only they can edit the schedule. Do not assume the app is broken; the schedule is whatever was saved by your manager.
I forgot my password
Ask your manager or the admin to reset it. There is no self-serve reset yet.
I cannot sign in even with the right password
Most often your account was not yet assigned to a store, or your email was typed differently from what was registered. Ask your manager to check your email in Manage Members.
The site won't load
Try a different browser or your mobile data (in case your office Wi-Fi is the problem). If it still doesn't load, tell your manager — it may be a server issue and they will escalate to the admin.
Shifts on my phone calendar are out of date
Subscribed calendars update on their own, but slowly. If you need a fresh view right now, open the app in your browser. The website is always the source of truth.
